- 100% Pull-Out Drawers for Direct Lifting. Each drawer extends fully clear of the rack, so overhead cranes, jib cranes or hoists can lift molds vertically without dismantling the frame — faster, safer mold changeovers.
- Heavy-Duty 1,000–8,000 kg Capacity. Purpose-built for heavy injection molds, stamping dies, die-casting tooling and fixtures. Standard models handle 1–3 tons per drawer, with reinforced versions up to 8 tons.
- Smooth, Easy-Glide Roller Rails. Heavy-duty roller-bearing guide rails let a single operator pull out a fully loaded drawer with minimal effort, reducing handling time and physical strain.
- Safety Locks & Reinforced Structure. Positioning pins, limit stops and safety locks secure drawers in the open or closed position to prevent accidental sliding. A 3/4-column reinforced frame with cross bracing resists tipping and sway.
- Custom OEM, Factory Direct, CE Certified. Drawer size, number of levels, capacity, finish and optional top gantry/hoist are fully customizable. Direct-from-manufacturer pricing with CE and ISO 9001 certification and export- standard packaging.

Our MOQ usually depends on the product type. For standard items, it can be as low as 20-50 pieces

Are you able to design or produce new products for
us?
We are always willing to develop new products according to the clients' requirements. We are experienced in iron
casting, so when you have samples or drawings needing a factory to develop for you, we will try our best to help you.
What is your delivery time?
Around 15 days. It depends on the order quantity, order date, and shelving design.
What is the term of payment?
Payment terms: For orders less than USD 3,000.00, 100% T/T in
advance. For orders greater than USD 3,000.00, 30% deposit upon order confirmation, and the balance will be paid
before shipment.
Are samples available
?
Yes, regular samples are available. Customized sampling is also supported. Reasonable sample cost will be charged and
refunded in the next bulk order. Sample freight is by your side.
