The right system depends on SKU count, pallet turnover, stock rotation (FIFO or LIFO), lift-truck type and clear building height. Selective pallet racking gives 100% direct access for high-SKU operations, while mobile, drive-in and push-back systems trade some selectivity for much higher storage density. A layout study comparing pallet positions, picking time and safety clearances is the most reliable way to decide.

How much extra capacity can mobile pallet racking deliver?

Mobile pallet racking removes all but one working aisle per block, so it can come close to doubling pallet positions compared with conventional selective racking in the same footprint, while keeping access to every pallet. Actual gains depend on building dimensions, column grid and floor conditions.

Can existing racking be upgraded instead of replaced?

Yes. A warehouse retrofit can increase capacity and safety by re-profiling beam levels, adding height, converting areas to high-density or mobile storage, adding mezzanines and integrating semi-automated equipment, often while the site stays operational.

How often should pallet racking be inspected?

European standard EN 15635 recommends an inspection by a technically competent person at least every 12 months, supported by regular in-house visual checks by a trained Person Responsible for Racking Safety. Any damage should be reported and assessed immediately.

Q2 Where is your factory located and which loading port is close to you?

Our factory is located in Guangzhou. Nearby loading ports are Nansha or Huangpu in Guangzhou. If your forwarder is in Foshan or Shenzhen, we can deliver to their warehouse too.

Q3 What is your delivery time?

For standard size models, we have plenty of material in stock; less than 500pcs, 3-7 days is ok. For customized models, delivery date depends on quantity, generally 7-15 days. We can finish production in 15 days under 332 CBM (9 containers).

Q4 Could you produce the goods in OEM and ODM design?

Sure, we have very rich experience in customizing shelves.

Q5 What if you encounter problems during installation?
