Carton Flow Rack (Dynamic Storage System)
Carton flow rack, also known as dynamic rack, provides an efficient mechanism for products to seamlessly flow from the stocking aisle to the picking aisle. It functions as a high-density, dynamic storage system that increases operational flexibility while maintaining optimal First-In / First-Out (FIFO) turnover.
Items are loaded from the rear and smoothly roll forward by gravity to the picking front. The inclined front profile delivers optimum visibility and immediate container access, enabling quick and organized retrieval of bulky merchandise requiring short turnover times. Roller tracks can be configured flexibly according to carton sizes, quality, and weight specifications, accommodating installations at very tight pitches.
