A deposit of 30% upon signing the contract; the balance will be cleared by T/T, L/C, or Western Union before delivery.
Delivery takes 5-35 working days after receiving the deposit, according to the order quantity and drawing size. Generally, shelves are flat packed by air bubble film in standard export cartons. Other packaging like wooden boxes is available upon clients' request.
We provide detailed installation instructions for every type of shelf, and engineers can provide guidance if needed. We provide Global After-sales Service including Senior Engineer On-site Service, Video Tech Support, 24H response, a 5-Year Warranty, and lifetime after-sales support.
